Aims of Attendees at The International Outsourcing Forum 2009

Delegates   Suppliers

Buyers at The International Outsourcing Forum 2009 are ‘C’ level executives from a variety of sectors including, banking, insurance, retail, manufacturing, supply chain management and telecoms. They will be at various stages of outsourcing development and will be looking to extend and share their knowledge amongst their peers.

The International Outsourcing Forum provides an intensive 3 days of industry discussion, exchange of ideas and information between international businesses, and ITeS & BPO service providers. This is divided between a learning, information, knowledge and innovation programme designed to stimulate discussion and thought, and a series of one-to-one meetings.

In addition to this, IOF has been united with the Global Locations Strategies Summit to give buyers an opportunity to meet Investment Promotion Agencies from both near and far shore destinations. Delegates will be able to discuss a host of issues, including government tax benefits for moving to certain destinations, education of the local population and their specialist skill sets, ease of relocation to new locations, etc. This allows the International Outsourcing Forum to provide a full strategic analysis of your sourcing requirements, from which ITeS and BPO providers to choose from, and in what location would be most suitable for your organisation.

There is the opportunity to discuss major issues affecting the outsourcing industry with your peers throughout the seminar programme as well as through extensive networking and face-to-face meetings. You will also be able to hold in-depth discussions with innovative suppliers providing solutions to your problems.

The contacts that you make at The International Outsourcing Forum will enable you to further develop business relationships with your peers as well as initiate solutions and ideas with new suppliers.
