IOF Locations will provide attendees with three key streams:

a) Location Selection
b) Technical Implementation
c) Human Resources

Each stream will be led by an industry expert who will partner IOF Locations in delivering a cutting edge programme consisting of masterclasses, case studies and panel discussions. These will be presented by leading names from the industry who have first hand experience, knowledge and knowhow that will save companies a great deal of time and most importantly in these tough times – money.

Incorporated into the two days of conference programme, business meetings and networking opportunities, IOF Locations will also provide delegates with a site visit to a local business park to see those offices of corporations who have set up in the country.

Attendees will be benefit from seeing the state of the art facilities at work, furthermore discuss with the employees everything from technology, working conditions, incentives right through to training programmes.

This makes IOF Locations the ideal one-stop-shop for any company who is actively considering establishing its own captive abroad, weighing up the outsourcing services provided by the likes of an outsourcing supplier organisation, or simply looking at further market opportunities to help build existing partnerships and leverage these positions.

Whatever their position, delegates will leave with an invaluable roadmap of facts and figures, not least answers to those issues that are current to today’s global outsourcing marketplace, enabling participants to find the right partnerships and strategies to achieve their business objectives and add value to their organizations.

Example topic areas will include:
